Our prime beef comes from the very finest grain-fed cattle that Australia has to offer.
Then we age the beef for up to eight weeks, creating a texture that many beef connoisseurs herald as the ultimate beef experience.
Veal

Hormone and antibiotic-free, Bedrock’s Veal is ideal if you are looking for a lighter tasting beef.

Lamb
Supplied from the lush green paddocks of southern Australia and Tasmania, Bedrock’s all-natural Lamb is free of antibiotics and growth hormones. The lambs eat a 100% vegetarian diet throughout their lives—grass only for six to eight months and then a blend of unprocessed grains. Their feed never contains any artificial supplements, stimulants, or animal by-products.

Bedrock offers a comprehensive range of Game and Poultry including Venison whish is low fat, low in calories and low in cholesterol.
